Workshop software that counts your bays, not your diary slots.

OmniMeca runs one garage or several: appointments based on real capacity, a partitioned vehicle record, store and margins, team and roles. Built for Morocco, in French, Arabic and English.

What OmniMeca does

Appointments on real capacity

A slot is offered only if a competent bay is free for the whole job, buffer included, and never before the part arrives. No more five cars booked one morning for three lifts.

Vehicles and their state

Who is in the workshop, for how many days, blocked by which part, promised for when. Delay and parts-waiting read at a glance.

Store and margins

Stock per site at weighted average cost, dated supplier prices, a comparator that weighs lead time before price. The margin shown is real, not theoretical.

Team and roles

Nine roles, from technician to accountant. Front desk and technicians never see purchase prices: enforced on the server, not merely hidden on screen.

What others do not do

Photo quotes, line-by-line approval

The technician photographs the fault, the customer accepts or declines each line from their portal. A timestamped approval that holds up in a dispute.

Return of replaced parts

The quote states upfront what happens to each part, with the reason when it cannot be returned: core charge, regulated waste, warranty. Suspicion becomes a conversation.

An API for fleet customers

One versioned API their ERP plugs into, with signed webhooks. You sell documented access, not an integration project per customer.
